Responsibilities
Follow company safety policies and programs to promote a safety-first culture throughout the facility
Work with fiberglass, resin, and other chemicals/materials to manufacture fiberglass products (pools, spas, tanning ledges) while meeting high quality standards, meeting the production schedule
Utilize materials with hands, rollers, squeegees, etc., to create a wrinkle free, smooth finished product
Trim excess material as needed from the mold
Perform functions to detect and alleviate any imperfections from the product
Receive work direction/coaching from the Production Manager & Team Leads to ensure production goals are met
Keep work area clean & free of safety hazards
Cross train in multiple areas of the company
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform other duties or special projects as required or as assigned
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge or willingness to learn the different chemical and composite materials
Ability to follow the production schedule and work orders
Ability and willingness to be a team player
Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
Knowledge of safety precautions
Good human relations to relate cordially with all team members
