They are seeking a Support System Administrator responsible for maintaining and supporting IT and OT systems in a GMP-regulated environment, overseeing lab and manufacturing systems, and managing continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of lab and manufacturing systems
Provide support for CAPA and investigations
Update lifecycle documents, including configuration specifications, SOPs, URS, RTM, and DIA
Qualify instrumentation and handle network configuration requests
Offer on-call process support for troubleshooting and resolving issues
Perform IT/OT troubleshooting and system configuration reviews
Assist in server setups and configurations
Assess the impact of changes to qualified systems
Manage continuous improvement projects
Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates

Qualification

IT/OT system supportGMP system managementValidation testingDocumentation skillsCollaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
1+ years of experience in IT/OT system support within a regulated environment
Experience with GMP system management and troubleshooting lab instrumentation
Proficiency in validation testing and strong documentation skills
Experience with IT/OT troubleshooting and lab system administration
Ability to commute to Devens, MA
