Responsibilities
Program and support Swiss-style CNC lathes (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, or similar)
Write and optimize programs using Esprit CAM (Mastercam experience also valued)
Improve cycle times, tooling performance, and part quality
Support setups, prove-outs, and first-article inspections
Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate closely with operators
Train and support machinists on Swiss processes and best practices
Work in a high-mix / low-volume precision environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on Swiss lathe programming experience
Strong experience with Esprit CAM
Solid understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and tight tolerances
Background in aerospace, medical, or other precision manufacturing
Comfortable working onsite and being hands-on daily
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
