Catapult Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant specializing in Product Transformation & Manufacturing (PTM) and Maintenance (MNT) modules. This role will support a critical Oracle implementation initiative, addressing challenges with financial reporting and performance management while working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional Oracle solutions.

Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into Oracle Fusion PTM and MNT track solutions

Participate in daily stand-up Supply Chain meetings as well as weekly and monthly planning sessions

Manage all activities within the track including prioritization of incidents and enhancements for the Supply Chain track

Triage and resolve high-priority functional tickets (incidents and problems) in a timely manner

Coordinate with business users to gather additional details on tickets and clarify requirements

Collaborate with business users on new enhancements and help prioritize enhancement requests

Conduct impact analysis for new releases affecting the Supply Chain track

Collect business requirements and coordinate with functional analysts on design elements, effort estimations, and delivery timelines

Manage service levels for the Supply Chain track and escalate risks of missing SLAs to stakeholders

Manage and track Oracle Service Requests (SRs) for the Supply Chain track

Work with the Delivery Manager to escalate SRs not receiving adequate attention from Oracle support

Ensure end user satisfaction through responsive support and proactive communication

Required

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PTM (Product Transformation & Manufacturing) and MNT (Maintenance) modules

Oracle Cloud knowledge across Costing, Inventory, Product Data Hub, Manufacturing, and Planning (supply planning, demand planning, production scheduling)

Functional business process knowledge of PTM and MNT tracks

Experience with Oracle Cloud configuration, triage, and problem/incident resolution

Release management and regression testing experience

Strong collaboration skills with ability to work with product vendors and cross-functional teams

Excellent communication skills for gathering requirements and updating stakeholders

Ability to conduct impact analysis and manage competing priorities

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Candidates must be able to speak in detail to all experience listed on their resume

Preferred

Oracle Cloud knowledge in Order Management, Supply Chain Costing, and Inventory Management (Picking & Shipping)

Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

Experience working in manufacturing or building materials industry

Previous work in a large-scale Oracle implementation environment
