The COATS Company is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to maintain and support their computing environment. The role involves monitoring and protecting the network, resolving IT equipment-related issues, and providing end-user support.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and support networks and servers

Maintain and oversee the Helpdesk

Monitor system stability and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues

Administer Windows Servers and domain services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)

Administer critical cloud infrastructure such as Azure, Entra, AWS

Manage wired and wireless networks (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, WLCs, WAPs)

Support VoIP systems and data circuits (broadband, fiber, Internet)

Maintain virtual and hyper-converged infrastructure

Implement and maintain cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery policies

Manage Office 365 policies and administration

Provide end-user support for workstations and peripherals, including desktop phones, thermal and laser printers, and laser scanners

Work with vendors and implement new technologies

Train and mentor team members

Other duties as assigned
