Responsibilities
Provide a full range of recruiting and talent acquisition support to the business including conducting intake calls, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews and leading debriefs
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels (social media, networking, referrals, etc.)
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition leadership to improve processes, tools, and candidate experience
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies
Maintain all applicant data in HRIS system

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing
Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple functions and levels
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
