Responsibilities

Lead by example in all back-of-house operations, setting high standards for efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all tasks

Ensure seamless coordination between back-of-house and sales floor operations to support overall store performance

Oversee all inventory processes, including merchandise check-in, stock processing, store-to-store transfers, markdowns, RTVs (Return to Vendor), and liquidation

Implement procedures to ensure timely and accurate stock handling, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency

Manage visual merchandising processes such as floor sets, product replenishment, and ongoing maintenance to uphold brand standards

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and aligned with current promotions and trends

Implement and monitor asset protection strategies to minimize inventory loss and prevent shrinkage

Oversee accurate and timely physical inventory counts, ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols

Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom, ensuring all back-of-house areas are clean, accessible, and compliant with safety regulations

Promote best practices for stock handling and storage to support smooth operations and maintain a safe work environment

Provide support on the sales floor as needed, assisting with POS operations and ensuring a smooth checkout process

Greet and engage customers when required, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience and reinforcing brand values
