They are seeking a Director of Sales to drive sales volume and manage the sales teams, focusing on training, performance evaluations, and increasing market share through customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Sales Associates will learn from the Director of Sales to make profitable sales and communicate RAH’s value proposition in accordance with the company’s vision
This role will partner with the Division President and National Sales Leadership to increase sales opportunities and positively impact market share through customer interaction, data analysis, professional relationships with the Realtor community and extensive 'in the field' presence for the sales staff
You will also play a critical role in new talent acquisition and selection by constantly sourcing prospective candidates to join the RAH sales team

Demonstrated track record of positive results related to Team Management
Demonstrated track record of positive results related to Competitive Analysis
Demonstrated track record of positive results related to Training
Demonstrated track record of positive results related to Strategic Planning
Demonstrated track record of positive results related to Overall Operations
Demonstrated Leadership
Understanding of key metrics that drive a successful sales team
Ability to ensure team meets or exceeds necessary performance standards
College degree or equivalent professional work experience
Thorough knowledge of managing a Sales team
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Preferred
New Home sales management experience
Experience in other related industries
