Responsibilities
Handle drug screen/alcohol and physical testing
Reporting drug/alcohol to Clearinghouse
Monitor, schedule and enter tests into system
Manage supplies
Maintain records
Administer alcohol tests
Manage random testing list quarterly
Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
Handle billing to accounting
Maintenance and upkeep of driver’s license and record information
Driver’s license updates
Clerical and administrative support for the Safety Managers as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word & Excel)
Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment and tolerate stress
Ability to plan and organize, attention to detail, problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred
Associates Degree and/or equivalent work experience
