Lead and execute recruiting strategy that takes into account Client need to hire professionals at the tops of their fields who are located all over the country and the world

Develop internal communications and processes for high internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets

Develop interview process that supports hiring for Client culture and values and work intensively with design, engineering, and business functions to improve every Client employee's effectiveness at identifying the right talent
