Responsibilities

Work with our internal teams to define and enable HRIS features that allow our high-growth technology PEO clients to accelerate their business

Manage our internal case management system by providing high-quality support in triaging cases and escalating to our technology team and/or to our partner, PrismHR, when a situation requires their assistance

Work cross functionally with internal teams to identify system and process improvements

Create and maintain applicable systems documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree required

5 years professional experience with HR or payroll systems working as an applications specialist including configuration, data quality assurance and user case management

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Demonstrable problem-solving skills with proven ability to work collaboratively with other teams to properly resolve issues quickly

Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results

Organized, detail and process-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills

Preferred

technical major preferred

Experience working in a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and/or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
