Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain cloud application architecture aligned with business objectives
Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure following industry best practices
Assess current infrastructure and develop comprehensive cloud migration strategies, including timelines and resource allocation
Implement and validate migration plans ensuring data integrity and system functionality
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for cloud architecture
Implement robust security measures to protect cloud data and applications
Monitor cloud system performance and implement solutions for optimization, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide guidance and mentorship to IT teams on cloud technologies and best practices
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and identify opportunities for innovation
Guide decision-makers on AI/ML/Deep Learning and generative AI projects, mapping services across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
Analyze cloud services to extract insights for reference architectures, runbooks, and training content
Qualification
Required
10 years – Experience architecting enterprise application solutions across on-premises and cloud infrastructure
8 years – Architecting solutions in one or more cloud platforms: AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
8 years – Developing cloud-native application architectures across leading cloud platforms
8 years – Architecting solutions utilizing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS service models
8 years – Experience in all phases of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning solutions using AWS or Google technologies
Preferred
8 years – Strong understanding of virtual networks, VPNs, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls
8 years – Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, encryption, IAM, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA)
8 years – Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
8 years – Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C#) and scripting for automation
8 years – Knowledge of API design and management (RESTful, SOAP)
8 years – Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, and cloud-native development
8 years – Ability to optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and reliability
8 years – Strong communication skills for articulating cloud strategies to stakeholders
8 years – Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
8 years – Skills in monitoring and analyzing system performance for optimal operations
6 years – Experience with AWS technologies (Bedrock, SageMaker, Redshift, EC2, Data Pipeline, Kinesis, EMR)
6 years – Experience with AI services like AWS Transcribe or Google Vertex AI platform and related tools
1 year – Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect)
