The role involves conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with various corporate legal matters.

Responsibilities
Conducting legal research (statutory and case law) and analysis
Drafting memoranda, forms and other documents
Compiling 50-state surveys on specific legal issues
Assisting with various projects
Attend meetings with internal business partners
Qualification
Required
First-year law student enrolled at an ABA-approved law school
Flexibility to work independently or as a member of a team on a variety of complex challenges
Strong work ethic
Excellent research and communication skills
An eye for detail
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Preferred
Westlaw proficiency is a bonus (but not required)
