The Custom Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned Workday HCM & Recruiting Consultant to join their HRIS team in a long-term contract role supporting a healthcare organization. This position will focus heavily on Workday Recruiting configuration and management, along with broader HCM support.

Responsibilities

Configure and manage Workday HCM and Recruiting modules to meet evolving business needs
Provide production support: triage tickets from helpdesk and end users, troubleshoot issues, and review business processes
Lead and support Workday Questionnaire updates for Recruiting workflows
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless HRIS integration across systems
Partner with stakeholders to shape and optimize Workday Recruiting processes through 2026
Support AI-driven recruiting initiatives, including tools like Paradox and (AI scheduling, job application workflows)
Assist with mass data uploads, EIBs, and data transformations
Participate in project planning, testing, go-live, and post-mortem reviews
Ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to SLAs
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, and Security

Required

7–10 years of HRIS experience (Workday-focused)
Minimum 5 years in Workday HCM configuration
Minimum 3 years in Workday Recruiting configuration
Experience with Workday Questionnaires, EIB's, Workday Reporting
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Workday implementation experience and certifications
Experience with Workday reporting
Familiarity with Workday HiredScore
Healthcare industry experience (nice-to-have)
