Responsibilities
Learn to identify, attract, and engage with top talent through various channels
Develop a keen eye for talent by reviewing applications and pre-screening candidates
Master the art of scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
Utilize your Bullhorn ATS experience to manage candidate pipelines, update records, and generate reports, becoming a power-user of the system
Be a primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring a positive and professional experience
Assist our senior recruiters with administrative tasks, project work, and contribute to improving our recruiting processes
Directly contribute to building teams that provide essential support and relief during natural disasters
Qualification
Required
Eager to learn, proactive, and ready to dive into the world of recruiting
A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building rapport
Prior exposure or experience with Bullhorn ATS is highly valued
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records
Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with various digital tools and quick to adapt to new technologies
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues
