Responsibilities
Perform cleaning of vacant units (unit turns) prior to move-ins
Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, offices, clubhouses, restrooms, and other shared spaces
Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure units are move-in ready
Safely use and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
Report maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Work collaboratively with maintenance and property management teams
Complete tasks within assigned timelines and schedules
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and repetitive movements
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Basic communication skills in English or Spanish
