Responsibilities
Team lead for two parts of IT infrastructure SCCM (application for updates/applications) and email
Responsible for all the mailboxes in the company is office365
Need to be knowledgeable about the office365 suite
80% of their users are on cloud, bulk of work for email engineer is to take care of systems on the ship
Single exchange server, couple hundred servers, every year or 1.5 year they must do a whole upgrade for the fleet which is coming up now, so they need more hands asap
Need to hire a couple of engineers between now and end of the year
They will be adding two engineers to each team by the end of the year (2 for email, 2 for SCCM)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Will be required to be on call at times
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange environments (on-premises and cloud-based)
7+ years supporting Active Directory and related technologies
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server (2019) and Exchange Online
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks
Knowledge of email security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Anyone with experience with Change servers 2016 2019 can take on this task (cruise isn't a dealbreaker), active directory
Need to have experience in on prem environments
Preferred
Ideally someone with experience working with global teams
