Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments
Preparing foods, such as sandwiches and baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers
Selling coffee and tea blends, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods
Properly handle, maintain, and clean all equipment
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
Maintain professionalism and a high standard of customer service when interacting with all customers
Be a responsible, bad-ass team player, taking initiative on tasks
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Speciality coffee experience
Ability to craft high-quality coffee beverages
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Ability to welcome customers and inform them about specials or new items
Ability to answer questions and accept orders and payments
