Responsibilities

Conduct time studies
Identifying and implementing new and innovative manufacturing processes
Resolving process-related inefficiencies and championing process improvement project
Troubleshooting and perform root-cause analysis
Analysis of statistical process analysis on new and existing products
Provide support of existing processes
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with at least two (2) years of completed college/university study
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD or similar modeling software
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and general understanding
Ability to manage and drive projects to completion
