Responsibilities
Providing financial management
Business operation’s oversight
Staff supervision for Transportation Services, Gatton Student Center, and other Auxiliary units
Ensures compliance with departmental and University financial, procurement, and inventory policies
Manages reconciliation and billing workflows
Supports operational efficiency through process improvement and technology integration
Functions in a cross-functional capacity across multiple Auxiliary departments and CBO teams
Providing backup support, shared expertise and continuity of operations to ensure consistent service delivery and policy compliance
Fosters staff development
Promotes customer service excellence
Contributes to special projects and professional growth initiatives that advance the mission of Auxiliary and Transportation Services
