Responsibilities

Process, settle and reconcile fixed income trades for the TPICAP businesses
Monitor trade flow and ensure post-trade processes are functioning from Middle Office and Back office applications along with messaging to the settlement depositories such as FICC, MBSCC, Bank of NY and reporting to Trace
Monitor and execute settlements of securities and create and execute money wires at the settlement bank and FICC
Monitor TRACE reporting and liaise with brokers and customers to resolve discrepancies
Reconcile daily settlement control accounts
Facilitate TMPG claims
Handle audit requests from internal and external auditors

Qualification

Settlement risk awarenessCounterparty risk understandingMicrosoft Office proficiencyCommunication skillsBachelor’s degreeSeries 99 certification

Required

Excellent communications skills and an understanding of broker/customer relationship dynamics
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft Office
Heightened understanding and awareness of counterparty risk and settlement risk

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Series 99 required within one year of hire
