Responsibilities
Define requirements and coordinate multi‑agency/vendor development
Test/evaluate across 2G/3G/4G/5G and 802.11 protocols for operational use
Develop integration schemes for aerial and ground platforms
Create training curricula and certify operators; track performance and maintenance
Monitor commercial tech changes and shape enhancements
Qualification
Required
Operational knowledge of GSM/CDMA/UMTS/LTE/5G NR and Wi‑Fi protocols
Experience with cell‑site simulators and lawful use policies
Systems integration across aircraft/vehicular platforms
TS/SCI eligibility; ability to instruct and certify operators
15+ years ISR or advanced systems R&D; wireless surveillance integration
