Responsibilities

Lead design, integration, testing, and sustainment of complex IT and C5ISR systems

Perform systems analysis, risk management, and technical assessments

Deliver technical briefings, reports, and recommendations to Government stakeholders

Serve as technical task lead, overseeing engineering teams and project execution

Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and information assurance requirements

Required

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution

IAM Level II certification (CAP, CASP+, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, etc.) in accordance with DoD 8570/8140 requirements

10 years (with Master's) or 14 years (with Bachelor's) of IT experience overseeing hybrid software, web, and hardware product development

Experience integrating network operating systems, applications, and hardware devices

Proven success preparing/delivering technical briefings and managing technical teams

Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and lifecycle considerations in system design

An active Secret clearance is required
