Responsibilities
Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all construction activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, vendors, and inspections to meet milestones and performance expectations
Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce compliance with OSHA, company, and regulatory requirements
Conduct daily site walks, quality control reviews, and subcontractor performance oversight
Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, logs, look-aheads, and project documentation
Collaborate with Project Management and support resolution of on-site challenges proactively
Qualification
Required
8-10+ years of construction experience with a general contractor
Proven track record running ground-up industrial or warehouse construction projects (tilt-wall, distribution center, cold storage, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, subcontractor performance, and site logistics
Strong knowledge of construction means/methods, scheduling, and quality control
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.)
OSHA 30 Certification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not essentials)
Experience with ground-up distribution, logistics, cold storage, or large industrial facilities
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
