Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of staff members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Select and contract with technology solution vendors and engineering professional service providers for the delivery of infrastructure solutions

Drive the adoption of modern integration engineering practices while leading team through process and practice changes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially application engineering teams, to define and execute infrastructure engineering strategies that align with business and technology goals

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the infrastructure engineering team, promoting professional growth and development

Establish and track engineering KPIs that measure the effectiveness of solution delivery, and the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of delivered solutions
