Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials

Manage and deliver the department budget, leading initiatives to reduce costs

Develop and implement inventory management procedures to optimize stock levels and reduce waste

Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of materials

Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers

Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries using warehouse management systems

Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Prepare reports on inventory status, transportation costs, and logistical issues for management

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

Required
