Manager of Facilities Management

Oversees the planning, coordination, and administration of all maintenance operations for the University’s buildings, grounds, and equipment
Ensures that facilities are maintained to the highest standards, in compliance with institutional policies, operational procedures, and regulations
Leads and supervises a team of facilities staff, overseeing training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and staff development
Administers operating and capital budgets, coordinates preventive maintenance programs, and works closely with contractors, vendors, and University personnel to support construction, renovation, and ongoing facilities operations
Manages records, reporting, and operational planning to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and technical expertise in facilities management
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate across teams to maintain a functional and well-maintained campus environment
