Responsibilities
Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for middle-market and large transactions
Analyze historical financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital trends, and cash flow dynamics
Assist in identifying key deal issues, risks, and value drivers
Prepare and review detailed financial models, schedules, and analyses
Develop client-ready deliverables, including diligence reports and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams (tax, valuation, consulting) and client stakeholders
Participate in client meetings and management interviews as appropriate
Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research to support transaction insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and data analysis
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity
Preferred
Exposure to M&A transactions, private equity, or financial due diligence
Experience analyzing quality of earnings, net working capital, and EBITDA adjustments
Familiarity with data room tools and financial reporting systems
