Communications Coordinator
Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts at every stage of their careers. Our client, Amer Technology, Inc, is seeking a Communications Coordinator to develop strategic campaigns and lead social media efforts to enhance brand presence and support organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develops strategic campaigns that drive engagement, elevate brand presence, and support key organizational initiatives
Leads social media efforts to promote the Division’s strategy, work efforts and accomplishments
Build out, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy
Develop and deliver creative assets (posts, graphics, videos) that align with organizational objectives
Monitor engagement trends and adjust strategies to maximize impact
Plan and execute targeted communication campaigns around major implementations, initiatives, and organizational changes
Ensure messaging consistency across all platforms and mediums
Maintain and reinforce brand identity through all communications
Review newsletters, press releases, and other materials for consistent messaging and branding
Identify photo and media opportunities to enhance visibility
Create, implement, and evaluate communication strategies aligned with the organization’s strategic plan
Set measurable goals and monitor effectiveness using analytics and market research
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
Understand and apply EIR Accessibility requirements throughout the project lifecycle (planning, design, development, testing)
Ensure resources and processes are in place to meet accessibility standards
Qualification
Required
8 years or more of experience as a Marketing Communications Coordinator
Minimum of 3 years of experience with external documents such as newsletters or demonstrated equivalent of writing and publishing design skills
Public relations, marketing, targeted marketing, especially social media, promotional marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation tools, and web analytics for any agency
Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation
Min 2 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation technology
Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email and landing page optimization
Demonstrated intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint; Access, and report‐writer
Knowledge of Associated Press Style
Preferred
4 - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Change Management or related field
8 years or more - Marketing and/or corporate communications experience
