Responsibilities

Assists in researching, preparing, and writing articles for external communications, which may include general announcements, presentations, newsletters, advertisements, content for external web sites, and/or communications to customers. Ensures communications are appropriate, accurate and grammatically correct

Assists in confirming and/or reviewing artwork, logos, layout, and visual brand

Assists in distributing materials via multiple media, ensuring compliance with procedures, company policy, and corporate identity

May assist in planning and organizing activities and events for customers or employees relating to conferences, special promotions, product launches, and public/community relations

Assist in maintaining company archives/libraries for photographs, logos, graphics, communications, newsletters, press releases, and other communication materials

May assist in routing and securing appropriate approval

May assist in coordinating producer recognition programs in order to maximize the profits of the organization’s sales

Coordinates the tracking, review and fulfillment of rewards for various recognition programs

May perform other administrative/support tasks including maintaining databases, data entry, reporting, maintaining files, photocopying, imaging, mail, and/or supply functions

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Entering at least 2nd year of higher education pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism or a related discipline

Able to work at least 20 hours per week during normal business hours, but we can offer up to full time hours
