Responsibilities

Serving as a liaison between project management and the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination

Assisting with processing authorization and contractual documents, including cost estimates, limitation of cost/funds letters, material disposition requests, project status reports, budget tracking, and labor/material purchase requests

Performing data entry and executing management reports to support project management and decision-making

Assessing project issues and assisting with developing resolutions to ensure project success and customer satisfaction

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement process improvements

Required

Ability to manage multiple projects, work with internal/external customers and leadership

Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Demonstrated success in an environment that is extremely fast-paced and demanding

Must hold a Top Secret level security clearance

Experience with level of effort (LOE) task order requirements under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee IDIQ contract

Experience working with a cross-functional team

Preferred

Experience supporting SOF customer

Experience with the LM SOF GLSS cost estimate proposal (CEP) process

Cost/Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities/Completion of PPM 101 course
