Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned commercial clients
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all contracted services meet MMC quality standards
Communicate property needs to production teams and follow up on work completion
Identify and sell landscape enhancements, seasonal services, and improvements
Manage budgets, contract renewals, and account profitability
Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or related field
Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf care, and landscape maintenance practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
Valid driver's license required
