Jr Sales Solutions Specialist
PracticeSuite, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Solutions Sales Specialist to join their growing sales team. The successful candidate will focus on selling integrated and non-integrated healthcare solutions to existing customers while developing strong product knowledge and consultative sales skills.
Responsibilities
Proactively call into an existing PracticeSuite (PS) and MMD customer base to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Sell a portfolio of integrated and non-integrated healthcare solutions, including but not limited to:
1)Practice Marketing
2)Intelligent Scheduling
3)Patient Engagement & Intake
4)AI Transcription
5)Clinical Decision Support
6)Direct Mobile Pay
7)Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
8)Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals
Deliver solution-oriented product presentations and demos aligned to customer needs
Educate customers on the value, benefits, and ROI of assigned solutions
Manage the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities, from initial outreach to close
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity in the CRM
Collaborate with Account Management, Implementation, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience selling SaaS-based products or solutions
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
Preferred
Healthcare technology or healthcare sales experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Consultative selling mindset with a customer-first approach
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical and healthcare-related concepts
Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
