Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and documentation through all project phases — from schematic design and design development to construction documentation and administration
Produce accurate, well-coordinated drawings and technical deliverables using AutoCAD
Serve as a client-facing architect, supporting design presentations and client decision-making
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to maintain design quality and project momentum
Conduct site visits and support on-site coordination as required
Help manage project schedules, deliverables, and quality control
Qualification
Required
Lead architectural design and documentation through all project phases — from schematic design and design development to construction documentation and administration

Are comfortable owning work across all stages of the architectural process
