Field Support Manager – Entry Program
Ikon Technologies is seeking a driven, field-ready professional to launch their career in automotive field management. The role involves supporting dealerships, overseeing installations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Support 75–100 dealerships across your assigned territory
Conduct weekly field visits for install verification, staff training, and performance reviews
Ensure devices are installed properly, troubleshoot on-site issues, and help correct installation exceptions
Own market inventory counts and coordinate reorders with internal and dealer teams
Partner with virtual Regional Performance Managers to close the loop on back-end issues and support dealer compliance
Manager 3rd Party vendors and ensure they are providing excellent customer service
Ensure 3rd party and dealers are engaged with our product & process
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of hands-on experience in dealership operations, fixed ops, or automotive customer service
Confident working with dealership systems, service processes, or product implementation
Energetic, self-starting, and ready to spend most of your time on the road
Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
A strong communicator who thrives in face-to-face interaction and problem-solving
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no DUIs or felony violations)
