Program Supervisor
Elwyn is a mission-driven nonprofit supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing instructor positions, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring quality care services are provided to clients.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities and assignments of all direct reports
Provide direct supervision including but not limited to recruiting, selection, performance management, discipline, guidance and resource assistance to direct reports
Review and update time and attendance system for all direct reports
Provide linkage between Day and Residential Programs in the absence of the Program Manager and Program Specialist through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings to ensure that services are being provided consistently and in accordance with the person's plan
Develop, coordinate, and train staff in the implement classroom curricula as well as activities for engagement within the community
Provide direct care services, when necessary
Provide assistance in crisis intervention situations as needed
Complete or supervise the completion of required/designated program documents including but not limited to care plans, specific diet protocols, community participation reports and attendance/utilization reports
Maintain and coordinate visitations, tours and monitoring with Supports Coordinator agencies and personnel in absence of Program Manager and/or Program Specialist
Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), First Aid and crisis intervention using agency-trained protocols
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of supervisory experience
Two (2) years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
Demonstrated strong attention to detail
Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated excellent judgment with the ability to independently solve problems and make decisions with little or no need for direct supervision
Must be able to perform CPR, First Aid, and crisis intervention techniques using agency-trained protocols
Must possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Valid driver's license in state of residence, three (3) years driving experience in the United States, and acceptable driving record
