Responsibilities
Design and develop dimensional data models to support ongoing and new reporting initiatives through data analysis, data discovery and requirements gathering
Work closely with other team members to support reporting needs
Develop reports and dashboards
Working closely with Data Integration teams and validating the data to ensure it meets the defined business rules
Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports as part of support
Work with cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of data & analytics projects and initiatives
Assist in the production of dynamic data driven analytic solutions to support the strategic goals of the company
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with Business Intelligence and reporting
Preferred
3 + years professional experience in analytical reporting
Prior working experience in Healthcare Industry
Willingness to continue to learn and master new BI Platforms
SQL skills
Willingness and the ability to closely work with User community, DBAs, ETL developers, and the project team in general
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and as a team with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced, structured, healthcare environment
