Responsibilities

Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-reduction opportunities
Develop and manage logistics-related projects from concept through implementation
Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, manufacturing, and finance teams
Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on transportation, warehousing, and inventory optimization
Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable manner

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
3–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain analytics, operations analysis, or project management
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
Experience working on cross-functional projects
Ability to work onsite in Dayton, OH

Preferred

Experience supporting logistics or distribution operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
Continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred)
