Responsibilities
Handle all phases of commercial litigation in New York state and federal courts
Conduct factual investigations and manage discovery
Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive filings
Take and defend depositions
Communicate directly with clients and contribute to case strategy
Manage multiple active matters with increasing independence
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
Strong academic background with excellent research and drafting skills
Proven analytical and writing abilities
Licensed to practice in New York
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Courtroom and deposition experience strongly preferred
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
New Jersey and/or Connecticut admission is a plus
