Talent Acquisition – Sales Hiring

Metaprise is creating the next-generation Financial Operating System that leverages AI Agents and SmartFlow automation. They are seeking Talent Acquisition professionals to support end-to-end hiring for Sales roles in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Own the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of SDRs to ensure fast ramp time and consistent performance
Partner with Sales Leadership to design and execute SDR enablement programs, including call training, messaging, objection handling, and outbound best practices
Manage day-to-day SDR KPIs such as activity volume, meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Coach SDRs through regular performance check-ins, call reviews, and data-driven feedback
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for SDR/AE/Sales Ops roles
Track progress across all hiring stages and ensure high response time
Maintain accurate data in our ATS and candidate tracking systems
Support offer preparation and closing workflows
Track and analyze SDR training impact and performance trends, including ramp time, quota attainment, and pipeline quality
Continuously refine training frameworks and enablement processes to support team growth and scalability
Help build a repeatable, high-performance SDR engine that scales with the business

Required

Strong communication and people-interaction skills
High ownership, urgency, and ability to operate at a fast pace
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and candidate workflows simultaneously
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to understand the needs of Sales hiring quickly

Preferred

Experience in a sales-related TA environment
Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable)
Experience hiring in SaaS, tech, or startup environments
Background in either Sales training or Sales Management Role would be 'good-to-have'
