Business Development Coordinator
Robinson Bradshaw is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the firm’s business development and marketing efforts. The role involves managing RFP and pitch processes, analyzing data to inform strategy, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance client relationships and develop new business.

Responsibilities
Facilitate the creation, management and tracking of pitch materials, proposals and RFP responses
Maintain data integrity within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy of client information, list membership, activity records and relationship history
Utilize platforms for CRM, website analytics, email analytics and more to generate dashboards, reports and insights
Track, analyze and report on key marketing and business development metrics, including client engagement, website performance, CRM activity, referral and lead origination, and campaign ROI
Monitor web traffic and digital performance metrics to optimize online presence and SEO strategies
Collaborate with the marketing team and attorneys on various projects and initiatives to strengthen client relationships, develop new business, market the firm’s services and further attorney development
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of two - three years' experience in marketing, with preference given to candidates that have experience in law firms or other professional service environments
Experience using CRM systems; knowledge of Legal360 or Microsoft Dynamics highly preferred
Experience crafting proposals, pitches and RFP responses, and managing all aspects of the process from start to finish
Excellent written and oral communication skills across a variety of professional audiences, with ability to explain technical concepts and detailed data
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills in order to effectively manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Solid attention to detail
Ability to work independently and to collaborate flexibly as part of a small, cross-functional team
Work may be required outside of normal business hours to meet client requests
