Responsibilities

Represent clients in a national Corporate practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters

Assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact

Run fundamental aspects of transactions, from due diligence through closing

Interact directly with clients as a key member of deal teams

Required

3 to 6 years of experience in transactional work focused on acquisitions and divestitures

Strong analytical and drafting skills

Excellent organization and matter management abilities

Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and supervising attorneys

Experience second-chairing complex transactions and interacting directly with clients

Involvement as a key member of deal teams, including responsibility for running fundamental aspects of transactions, from due diligence through closing

Licensed and in good standing in the state of Texas

Excellent academic credentials
