Responsibilities
Lead the solution architecture for all core components, including Fee Pricing Database, API Services, Maintenance UI, Test Manager, Release Manager, and Salesforce/custom integrations
Define and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs), data models, and comprehensive system documentation
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, PMO, Architecture, and vendor teams to ensure solution alignment and end-to-end system integration
Oversee cloud-native deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance to ensure reliability and traceability
Drive automation across testing, deployment, and configuration management to enhance delivery speed and consistency
Ensure compliance with audit, security, traceability, and regulatory requirements
Provide technical leadership and guidance across backend, frontend, DevOps, and integration streams
Support post-deployment monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualification
Required
AWS Cloud Certification is mandatory
Someone with strong application architecture experience and AWS, Onsite offshore coordination experience
Backend: Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL
Cloud: OpenShift, AWS
Frontend: React
DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD (Trident)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, system design, and enterprise solution delivery
Proven experience architecting and deploying cloud-native and microservices-based solutions
Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and integration frameworks
Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns
Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or CloudFormation
Knowledge of governance frameworks, audit controls, and compliance standards in enterprise or financial systems
