We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP PP / PCS Consultant with strong Aerospace & Defense and Discrete Manufacturing background to lead business requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and integration with PLM and MES systems.

SAP PP/PCS configuration and documentation
Create functional specifications and process flows
Test planning and execution (standard & custom objects)
Support change management, reporting, and security
Integrate SAP with PLM and MES systems
Qualification

SAP PP / PCS (Production Control & Scheduling)
Aerospace & Defense industry experience
Discrete Manufacturing
SAP S/4HANA
MBOM, Routings, Shop Floor Execution
PLM & MES integrations
Production Orders (MTS/MTO, WBS, Collective Orders)
Subcontracting, Kitting, Rework, Order Splitting
MRP, Scheduling, Costing
Work Centers, BOMs, Routings with ECM & Revision Control
Batch-managed GI/GR, Availability Check, Shortage Reporting
Preferred
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
