Responsibilities
In-person court appearances in state and federal courts throughout New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland
Manage and litigate automobile and premises cases from inception through trial and appeal, including pre-trial, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial and appellate argument
Frequent and timely reporting to clients and insurance carriers
Regular entry of billable hours
Qualification
Required
Minimum three years experience in insurance defense in New York State
Ability to make regular in-person appearances in New York City metropolitan area courts
Admission to New York State bar
Preferred
Admission to federal bar helpful but not required
