Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate vendor coverage
Develop MEP critical path startup schedule
Manage implementation of electrical safety program
Coordinate electrical energization for the site and equipment
Conduct QA/QC inspection of equipment for completeness of work prior to energizing
Organize and lead coordination meetings for critical MEP activities
Manage and track critical path construction activities
Work with subcontractors and design team to provide conflict resolution for MEP issues
Coordinate and manage startup and pretesting of mechanical and electrical systems
Utilize platforms such as Cx Alloy, Microsoft Compass, and/or Procore to track commissioning documentation
Manage assembly and turnover of commissioning documentation for levels 0-5
Coordinate and support third-party commissioning activities
Coordinate and manage the quality control process for MEP systems
Develop MOP’s for critical work in live environments
Engage and maintain strong client relationships
Attend daily meetings and huddles
Qualification
Required
5+ years electrical experience on mission critical projects
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and applicable codes, commissioning processes, and data center infrastructure
Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client, GC, and internal team expectations
