Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients via phone and video
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and related products
Clearly explain coverage options, pricing, and next steps
Manage applications, follow-ups, and client records using company systems
Maintain compliance with all state, carrier, and regulatory requirements
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and advisor development sessions
Qualification
Required
Active Life & Health insurance license (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-disciplined and comfortable managing a remote schedule
Ethical, client-first approach to advising
Preferred
Previous insurance or consultative sales experience preferred
