Responsibilities
The Compliance Coordinator manages overall quality improvement activities that produce more efficient operations and higher quality care to the children assigned to the residential treatment program
Develops programs to review and evaluate resident care and outcomes
Implements strategies and plans for a quality improvement function within the program in collaboration with the administrative and clinical leaders
Tracks and presents results of improvement efforts and ongoing measures of clinical processes to management
The compliance Manager will focus on compliance with licensing and contractual regulations, oversee incident reporting protocols and corrective measures, and ensure compliance with outside agency reporting in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
4 years experience in auditing and regulatory compliance OR Bachelors degree and one year of experience
Experience with state specific Medicaid procedures
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Preferred
Bachelors Degree in related field
