Fire Alarm/ Sprinkler Account Manager
Topa Group, Inc. is partnered with a Fire Protection company that is seeking a Fire Sprinkler/ Fire Alarm Account Manager in the Los Angeles area. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing service and inspection accounts, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across fire alarm and sprinkler services.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing fire alarm and sprinkler inspection/service accounts
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with building owners, property managers, and general contractors
Develop and present proposals for inspection, testing, and service contracts in compliance with NFPA and local fire codes
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, service, and operations, to ensure quality project delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and pricing structures
Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate system conditions and propose appropriate solutions
Build strong, long-term client relationships through responsiveness, trust, and technical knowledge
Track and report sales activity using CRM tools and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Stay current on industry codes, standards, and regulations affecting fire protection systems
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in the fire protection industry, with a focus on fire alarm and/or sprinkler systems
Proven success in account management or sales within a fire protection or life safety company
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, local fire regulations, and inspection/testing standards
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Preferred
NICET Certification (Level II or higher in Fire Alarm or Sprinkler) preferred but not required
