Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team
Schedule and oversee all maintenance and repair activities
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs
Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Train and develop maintenance staff
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
